BAILEY 820 INTEGRATED CONTROL SYSTEM MODULES
NES has extensive experience in reverse engineering the Bailey 820 series electronic control modules used in such systems as the B&W's Integrated Control System (ICS). Our tested designs are form, fit, and function drop-in replacements to the original modules. Our group has designed the following module types:
-
Input Auctioneer 2 Input
-
Input Auctioneer 3 Input
-
Voltage Buffer

ICS RELAY BOARD ADAPTERS
Our group has extensive experience solving obsolescence issues. One example is our solution to the now obsolete Potter and Brumfield (P&B) relays used on some of the Bailey 820 control system modules. Our group designed drop-in replacement daughter board assemblies that have better performance compared to the original P&B relays.
ANNUNCIATOR CARDS
Our engineers have designed drop-in replacement for annunciator cards. The design incorporated jumper selectable time delays to help filter out any short electrical noise pulses.
